Stillpoint Daily is built to be usable without a required account in its MVP form. The product is designed to minimize personal data collection wherever realistic.
The app is positioned as a wellbeing, mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep-support product. It is not intended as a medical app and does not rely on health diagnosis data.
The app may store onboarding choices, recommended starting flows, favorites, recent playback, reminder preferences, and offline download state locally on your device.
This local-first approach is intended to reduce the need for server-side user profiles and to keep the product low-friction and privacy-conscious.
Premium access is processed through Apple’s in-app purchase systems. Apple may provide transaction and entitlement information needed to determine subscription access.
Billing, payment methods, refunds, and subscription management are handled through Apple, not directly through Stillpoint Daily.
If you opt in to reminders, the app may use local notification permissions to schedule reset or evening reminders on your device.
If a future version enables Apple Health mindful minutes export, that connection would only be used with your explicit permission and should remain limited in scope.
The launch posture is intentionally no-tracking by default. Stillpoint Daily is not designed around advertising identifiers, IDFA-based tracking, or behavioral ad profiling.
If product analytics are introduced later, this policy should be updated clearly before release.
If you contact support by email, the information you provide may be used to respond, troubleshoot, and keep a record of the request for operational purposes.
Support correspondence should only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the request and any related legal or operational obligations.
Because the MVP does not require a server account, much of the app state remains on the device. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes locally stored app data from that device.
